The construction projects sites can be found in the western part of Szentendre, at the foot of Kőhegy, on the outskirts of the city. Outside of the town, in the vicinity of the planned buildings possessing building permits there are several large buildings with mixed economic and residential functions. The plots are located on south-east facing, slight slopes. The real estates are to be realized in the spirit of modern, environmentally conscious thinking. The plans were designed by Prof. Puhl Antal DLA, Ybl Prize winner and Péter Dajka, Pro Architectura Award architects.
One of the essentials of eco- and green houses is the greatest possible utilization of renewable energy such as water, geothermal energy (earthy) and solar energy.
